Breast Augmentation

Cohesive Gel Silicone- Cohesive gel implants are a new generation of silicone implants that are filled with a gel that feels soft and natural, but maintains its shape well. They are less likely to ripple than saline implants and may feel more natural. In addition, this new type of silicone is solid, so will not leak in the event of a shell rupture.
Breast augmentation can also be done by fat grafting in selected cases in which patients do not want silicone implants. In this technique, patients’ own fat harvested from the abdomen area is transferred to the breast.

Male Breast Reduction (Gynaecomastia)
Gynecomastia or male breasts causes embarrassment to men. It is caused due to unusually large glands in men leading to male breast development. Mostly it’s an excess of fat deposits but sometimes it’s associated with more of glandular elements.
Male breast reduction is done by liposuction. In this procedure, small 2-3 mm incisions are given through which a cannula is inserted and fat is sucked out. If the glandular element is there, then a small incision is given around the areola, and the gland is excised. All incisions are small and hidden.
